Abstract: This standard (1) lists the preferred and common sheet sizes of bond papers and index bristols and their applicable tolerances, (2) cross references to metric sizes, and (3) referneces a standard test method. Purpose This standard is intended to give both manufacgturers and users sufficient information about dimensioning and tolerances of bond papers and index bristols so that the products may be manufactured and accepted for full usage. It will also provide the user with guidance as to the common sheet sizes that are normally available.
