Schedule Margins and Budget Reserves to be Used In Planning Flight Projects and In Tracking Their Performance

Abstract: PURPOSE
This GPR documents the schedule margins and budget reserves requirements for formulating a flight project at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and describes how those margins and reserves are to be tracked during the Implementation Phase.
APPLICABILITY
This GPR applies to all GSFC space flight projects (including instruments or major subsystems developed for flight on a foreign mission, or a mission assigned to another NASA Center). This GPR also applies to reimbursable space flight programs/projects performed for non-NASA sponsors.
