Project 25 Conformance Profile Basic Trunked Operation

Abstract: This document is intended to provide tests for key aspects of the operation of subscriber unit and RFSS equipment in the interests of conformance (and ultimately, interoperability).
This level of the CPs covers the basic set of trunking features.

• Emergency Group Calls
• Encrypted Group Calls
• Announcement Group Voice Calls
• Broadcast Group Voice Calls
• Unit to Unit Voice Calls
• Emergency Unit to Unit Calls

This document is primarily intended for manufacturers and conformance test facilities to serve as the reference for conforming air interface signaling. It also defines a framework against which manufacturers may describe the conformance behavior of their products.
It is not designed as a functional interoperability test suite, for which readers are referred to [CABC].
