Abstract: PURPOSE
This Marshall Procedural Requirements (MPR) implements NASA Policy Directive (NPD) 1490.1, "NASA Printing, Duplicating, and Copy Management," at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). This MPR assigns responsibilities at MSFC for printing, duplicating, and copying by establishing procedures for obtaining printing, duplicating, reproduction, and self-service copying equipment.
APPLICABILITY
This MPR applies to the personnel, programs, projects, and activities at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and MSFC's Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF), including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts or agreements. ("Contractors," for purposes of this paragraph, include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreement parties.)
