The aim of this agreement is to define the Aircraft Cross-Servicing (ACS) responsibilities of nations, NATO commanders and the appropriate Strategic Command (SC) information centres. This agreement excludes the responsibilities for the cross-servicing of helicopters engaged in land operations.
