Abstract: This specification covers a high energy solid explosive composed of HMX, uniformily coated with a Polyurethane elastomer. (see 6.3 and 6.5). Intended Use: The material covered in this specification is intended to be used for application as an explosive where high energy and good thermal stability are needed in ammunition items.
