Abstract: This specification describes the performance requirements and the verification provisions for the CAP, BLASTING: non-electric, M7 and the CAP, BLASTING, PRACTICE: inert, non-electric, M7.Intended Use: The M7 covered by this specification, are intended for use by military forces to not only initiate demolition items in general but in particular to initiate a multiple number of items. These blasting caps, covered by this specification are military unique as they must function under rough handling and extreme climatic and storage conditions as encountered by the United States Armed Forces.
