Prepainted Hot-Dip Zinc-Coated Steel Sheet and Strip

Abstract: This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the prepainted hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheet and strip (hereafter referred to as "sheets and coils"), produced by applying a uniform coat of durable and solar radiation reflecting synthetic resin paint and then baking it on one or both surfaces of hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheet and strip using cold -reduced base metal as specified in JIS G 3302 (hereafter referred to as "substrate for prepainting"), and sheets with corrugation of shape and dimensions as given in JIS G 3316.
