Abstract: This Standard is a blank detail specification associated with sectional specification, JIS C 5101-18, and specifies fixed aluminum electrolytic surface mount capacitors with solid (MnO2) electrolyte-Assessment level EZ mainly used for d.c. applications in electronic equipment (hereafter referred to as "capacitors").
NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to the Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows:
IEC 60384-18-1:2007 Fixed capacitors for use in use in electronic equipment Part 18-1: Blank detail specification-Fixed aluminum electrolytic surface mount capacitors with solid (MnO2) electrolyte-Assessment level EZ (IDT)
In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified) and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/IEC Guide 21-1.
