Abstract: This CID covers a commercial refuse collection semitrailer with an auxiliary engine driven hydraulic ejection plate, designed for rear loading by an electrically powered stationary compactor. This CID also covers an electrically powered stationary compactor for use with this type of semitrailer. The units (the semitrailer and compactor) procured under this CID are commercially designed by the same manufacturer and are required to be warranted by the manufacturer as specified in acquisition documents.
