Abstract: This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the bathseats for a bathtub use (hereafter referred to as "bathseats") among assistive products, which make it easier for a person to get in and out of the bathtub or to stand up in the bathtub. Those with lifting function and those mounting on the edge of bathtub are excluded.
