Thermal spraying-Zinc, aluminium and their alloys

Abstract: This Standard specifies the thermal spray coating of zinc, aluminium and their alloys which are processed on steel for the purpose of corrosion prevention. However, this Standard does not apply to the reparation of thermal spray coatings.
NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows:
ISO 2063:2005 Thermal spraying-Metallic and other inorganic coatings- Zinc, aluminium and their alloys (MOD)
The symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/lEC Guide 21-1.
