Abstract: This CID covers one type of heat reflective aluminum foil tape with pressure sensitive adhesive suitable for high temperature applications (see 6.1). Intended Use: The tape is intended for use as a heat reflective shield capable of withstanding sustained exposure up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius) and surviving temporary exposure up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit (538 degrees Celsius).
