BRUSHES, ELECTRICAL CONTACT, RECTANGULAR, STANDARD DESIGNS AND DIMENSIONS FOR

Abstract: This standard covers the standard designs and dimensions for rectangular brushes exclusive of those for aero-space applications.
This standard covers the following types and styles of brushes:
Type I--Rectangular, with shunts but without springs.
Style C--Commutator.
Style R--Collector ring.
Type II--Rectangular, with shunts and springs.
Type III--Rectangular, with springs but without shunts.
Type IV--Rectangular, with neither shunts nor springs.
This standard covers the following types and styles of brushes:
