TRAINING AID; IMPULSE STEAM TRAP

Abstract: This specification establishes the requirements for the design and fabrication of an enlarged scale training aid of the Impulse Type Steam Trap.
This item has been designated by the Naval Training Device Center, as Device 29GD1 for Navy Procurement. (see 6.2). Intended Use: The training aid, mockup, impulse steam trap, is intended to be used by instructors as an aid in group training of Naval personnel, or as a self-training medium, in demonstrating the principles and theory of operation, construction, components, and nomenclature of the impulse steam trap.
