Abstract: This specification covers the general requirements and tests for the Mount, Telescope: 9356166 used with the U.S. Army mortar systems (see 6.1). Throughout this specification this instrument is referenced as "mount." This mount has radioactively illuminated scales, level vials, and indices (see 3.2.1). Intended Use: The Mount, Telescope, 9356166, is a component of Sightunit, M67. The mount introduces measured azimuth and elevation readings to Elbow Telescope, 9356181. The sightunit is used with the U.S. Army mortar systems.
