Lessons Learned - Project Status and Tracking
Year: 2001
Abstract: Description of Driving Event:
Safety initiative programs that focus on workforce risk reduction, collateral damage reduction, or increasing maintainability of human error in Shuttle Processing must be able to effectively track the progress of funded projects in order to keep abreast of schedule or cost slips. Failure to consistently track the progress may result in increased program risk for delays and unexpected cost overruns or underruns.
