Standard Specification for Preformed Sponge Rubber and Cork Expansion Joint Fillers for Concrete Paving and Structural Construction

Abstract: This specification covers preformed expansion joint fillers of the following four types for use in concrete, brick, or stone construction:
Type I—sponge rubber,
Type II—cork,
Type III—self-expanding cork, and
Type IV—Polyurethane-bonded recycled rubber.
Note 1—Attention is called to M 213 and M 33.
