This QPL has been prepared for use by or for the Government in the acquisition of products cove re d by the subject ct specification and inclusion of a product is not intended to and does not connote endorsement of the product by the Department of Defense. All products included he rein have be en qualified under the requirements for the products as specified in the latest effective issue of the applicable specification. This QPL is updated as necessary and is subject to change without notice . Inclusion of a product doe s not re lease or otherwise affect the obligation of the manufacturer to comply with the specification requirements.
