Abstract: This specification establishes the design, performance, and acceptance requirements for F-1556/ARC UHF Bandpass Filter hereinafter referred to as the filter. The filter is electronically tuned and operates in the Ultra High Frequency (UHF) range of 225 MHz to 400 MHz. Intended Use: The filter is a combination of units that can be used to meet the prime and back-up UHF voice plus prime UHF/VHF/AM/FM voice and data communication requirements in any tactical aircraft.
