Abstract: OBJECT AND SCOPE
The purposes of this Code are:
To establish guiding principles and provide a format for performance specifications for pressure control systems applicable to the equipment covered under this Code.
To establish test procedures for determining performance characteristics of the subject pressure control systems including:
Pressure set point range.
Rate of change of pressure set point.
Steady state pressure regulation.
Transient response characteristics.
Steady state frequency response.
Dead band and hysteretic error.
Stability band.
Interaction between the variables in a compound control system.
To establish a procedure for describing the system performance by means of test quantities obtained under Par. 1.02 and the system transfer functions,
